We will warranty the following items for a full 10 years against defects in materials or workmanship from the date the system is placed onto operation form normal wear and tear. This includes all ductwork and duct insulation we install; all sheet metal straps, clamps, fastener hangers, locks and drivers we install; all PVC drain piping, hangers and fittings we install; all electrical wiring, conduit, clamps, straps, connectors, pads, strands, hangers, wayes, fittings, boots, starter collars and gas piping that we install; all refrigerant piping we install is guaranteed to be refrigerant leak free; all refrigerant piping insulation we install; all equipment pads, strands, jacks and vibration elimination devices we install; Warranty does not include the cost to gain access to underground or other inaccessible piping, ductwork or equipment; Warranty does not include damage due to rodents or any type of flood or fire damage. Warranty covers only normal system wear and tear.
